    IHOP is always good and here is no exception. Great food, friendly staff and an enjoyable atmosphere. It's everything you've come to expect from the International House Of Pancakes.

    Under the tables was dirty with food and plastic debris. A live roach greeted us in the entryway. I told our waiter about it and nothing was done. Although there were 3 wait persons working, service was slow at every juncture. I won't be returning here.

    I give this location 1 star only because it was open. I stopped in to get crepes for my birthday. Ordered them to go and they charge an extra $1 for to go orders and I asked about it and Cristian informed me that it was automatically added to my bill. Funny thing is my receipt says it was all entered manually. I'll be going to competition from now on.

    Even though it's always busy but service and food are extremely good! Staff always friendly and the general manager young lady over there is so nice and professional.
